BEYOND BFRB 12-WEEK IMMERSION

You deserve to get results that last...

This course is about helping you find more freedom and creating a structure to make your results last.  This program is based on the science of epigenetics. I've shaken out the gold nuggets of what I typically cover in a year of private sessions into a step-by-step program that will walk you systematically towards more freedom in your body, brain, and life.  Each month we'll focus on one aspect of how you can support your physical body to find more freedom:

  1. MONTH 1:  DETOX -  This first month is all about clearing out what's not working for you.  Each week, we'll explore a different aspect detoxification and cleansing.  You'll learn how to identify and clear your limiting beliefs, how to open the 4 detoxification pathways of the body, eliminate foods that trigger urges, and how to safely use the detoxification nutrients that have been used in research for repetitive behaviors.
  2. MONTH 2:  NOURISH - Next, you'll learn how to nourish your brain and nervous system to lessen your urges.  Each week I'll teach you one of the exact nervous-system-nourishing practices that I use throughout the day to help keep my brain and body balanced.  I'll show you how I start my day, end my day, and keep myself balanced in the moments in between.  We'll explore food, digestion, and hormones.
  3. MONTH 3:  ADAPT - Finally you'll learn how to more effectively adapt to stress so you can better handle anything life throws your way.  We'll look at 3 major areas of the brain that are correlated with repetitive behaviors and I'll share with you a group of herbs that are safe and effective at helping you regulate your nervous system when it's both stressed or bored, the 2 times when our repetitive behaviors tend to flare up.

This is a live weekly Zoom class.  We'll meet for 12 weeks.  All sessions will be recorded. You deserve to be free!
