If you're struggling with body-focused repetitive behaviors like hair pulling, skin picking, or nail, lip, & cheek biting... you're in the right place!

You're not alone.
You're not broken.
You do not have a willpower problem.
Period.

I'm not going to be humble.
I'm good at this...
I'm good at helping people get to the root cause beyond their behaviors so they can find freedom. I'm good at it because I deeply understand. I understand not only because I've worked with many, many patients who struggle with body-focused repetitive behaviors over the last 15 years, but because I intimately know what it's like to be in a body where pulling my hair, picking my skin, and biting my nails and cheeks is something I desperately wanted to stop, while at the same time it was one of the best ways I knew to find calm and balance.
I know this because
I'm a puller, picker, and biter myself.
I've spent the last 32 years of my life researching and experimenting with strategies and tools to find freedom from these behaviors for both myself and my patients. I look forward to sharing some of these hard-earned gems with you. There are things that can help.
I know how hard it is to take the first step to get support, so I made it easy for you. Watch the video below and I have a gift for you after you're finished.
These body-focused repetitive behaviors are SUPER COMMON! They just seem rare because we get embarrassed and don't talk about them, but they actually affect 2-5% of the population.
On the low end that's 156 million people worldwide!

MY GIFT TO YOU

For pullers.
1-2 people out of every 100 silently struggle with repetitive hair pulling. If you pull from your scalp, eyelashes, eyebrows, pubic area, or legs you're not alone.

For pickers.
Repetitive skin picking is very common and is estimated to affect between 1.4-5.4% of the population. This makes it more common than peanut allergies!

For biters.
Biting may be the most familiar repetitive behavior. For some it can become chronic. If you bite your nails, cuticles, skin, lips, or cheeks, we've got you covered!

For families.
Feeling confused and helpless about how to help your loved one? Join the club! Take our mini-course to learn how you can be more skillful in your support.
Parents Need Love Too!
One other area that I'm a reluctant expert in is parenting a loved one through these behaviors. I know first-hand how helpless and painful it feels to watch someone you love struggling. How desperate I was to make things better. How guilty I felt. How the harder I tried to help, the more resistance I met and the worse things got.
Believe it or not, our mutual struggle working through repetitive behaviors has brought my teenage daughter and I closer together than ever. I've learned a ton from her and I'm happy to share my hard-earned lessons with you in a free mini-course I've created just for you.
